COMPANY RELOCATES TO NEW 18,000 SQ. FT. FACTORY TO MEET CUSTOMER DEMANDS

RONKONKOMA, New York — December 19, 2000 — UltraVolt Inc., a world-leading manufacturer of high voltage power supplies, today announced a relocation of its headquarters and manufacturing facility to a larger building in Ronkonkoma, New York.

"The new location affords us more than 18,000 square feet of space, and exceeded our requirements for production and safety," said James Morrison, Executive Vice President. "We were getting a bit cramped at our Remington Avenue building, and needed to expand in order to meet the demands of our customers."

Because of the close proximity between the old and new facilities, UltraVolt completed the move during a single weekend. Service to customers remained uninterrupted.
