ULTRAVOLT'S NEW "35A" SERIES RELEASED FOR FULL PRODUCTION RONKONKOMA, New York July 8, 1999 UltraVolt Inc., a world-leading manufacturer of high voltage power supplies, today announced the availability of the new "35A" Series of regulated high voltage DC to DC converters. The new "35A" Series standard product DC to DC high voltage power supply operates from 12Vdc or 24Vdc at full power (9V to 32Vdc derated). With an adjustable output of 0 to 35,000V nominal (37,000V max) the new "35A" with an output of 4 watts (110uA) or 15 watts (420uA) is the smallest regulated programmable unit commercially available. "The '35A' Series has successfully completed alpha and beta testing and is ready for release," said James Morrison, Executive Vice President. "We're thrilled to offer our customers a new solution to meet their high voltage power needs." Complementing the "35A" Series' small size and high efficiency are tight regulation, low ripple, and good temperature stability along with fifteen built-in features and functions. As with most UltraVolt products, the "35A" Series can be PCB or chassis mounted in the standard plastic package, or outfitted with optional mu-metal shielding or RF tight packaging. Lead time for new orders is stock to 2 weeks.
