ULTRAVOLT® COMPLETES FACILITY EXPANSION

COMPANY INCREASES FACILITY BY FIFTY PERCENT

RONKONKOMA, New York -- July 1, 2006 -- UltraVolt Inc., a world-leading manufacturer of standard-product high-voltage power supplies, today announced the completion of a 12-month project to expand the size of its Ronkonkoma, New York facility by fifty percent.

This expansion is two fold; the first portion is a functional expansion, facilitating UltraVolt's growth in the R&D and product development areas. The balance of the space is operational and will be used by the company to increase its manufacturing capacity to accommodate growth.
