ULTRAVOLT® ANNOUNCES DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
APPLICATIONS ENGINEERING COORDINATOR APPOINTED TO NEW POST

RONKONKOMA, New York -- May 26, 2006 -- UltraVolt Inc., a world-leading manufacturer of standard-product, high-voltage power supplies, today announced the creation of a new role within its organization – the Director of Business Development – and appointed Scott Wilson, the current Applications Engineering Coordinator, to the position.

The Director of Business Development will have a prominent role in new-product market research, in specification development, and in signing strategic business partners. He will also work closely with UltraVolt’s international representatives by providing technical training and key-customer support.

Mr. Wilson honed his skills in high-voltage modules and systems during the past ten years at UltraVolt, including developing the Customer Service Department and training its technical staff. In addition to his standard product work, his responsibilities included working closely with customers on system-integration projects across an array of applications. He is currently involved in designing one of UltraVolt’s newest high-performance product lines.
