RONKONKOMA, New York – September 12, 2011 – UltraVolt, Inc., the world-leading manufacturer of standard-product DC-to-DC high-voltage power supplies, is happy to announce a new role within its organization, the Vice President of Marketing. Richard Bailey, the current Director of Marketing and International Representation, has been appointed to the position.

Richard joined UltraVolt eight years ago as the Marketing Coordinator. Since his advent, he has evolved UltraVolt’s Marketing Department and developed many of the marketing analytics currently in use. In addition, Richard has created highly effective online, print, and tradeshow advertising campaigns, as well as having cultivated a sophisticated network of international representatives. Further, through his focus on this network and a program of broad-based marketing, Richard was able to bring international sales from less than 5% of total sales to more than 40% of sales. In his director role, Richard worked on projects from website redesign and social media management to due diligence for the acquisition of a foreign entity.

Prior to joining UltraVolt, Mr. Bailey received an accelerated MBA with an emphasis in Marketing Management and Supply Chain Management from Syracuse University and was inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma, the International Honor Society for Business Graduates. This degree built on his undergraduate degree in Business Management with a co-emphasis in Finance and International Finance and a Russian minor from Brigham Young University.

Prior to his post-graduate work, Richard worked for four years both domestically and internationally as a financial analyst. He has lived in the U.S., Belgium, and the Ukraine and worked closely on projects in dozens of countries on four continents.
