When you decide to place an order, UltraVolt will accept a faxed or emailed purchase order. The purchase order should include contact name, company name, shipping address, billing address, payment terms, email address, phone number, and fax number.

UltraVolt also requires the end use, application, and final ship destination before we release any order for shipment.
