||Which UltraVolt power supply should I choose?
Q: How can I order your power supplies?
A: UltraVolt will accept a faxed or emailed Purchase Order, which should include contact information such as contact name, company name, shipping address, payment terms, e-mail address, and phone number. Please email purchase orders to customer service administration or fax them to +1 631-471-4696.
Note: UltraVolt requires the end-use, application, and final ship destination information before we release any order for shipment.
Q: Can I order your power supplies online?
A: Our power supplies cannot be ordered online; however a purchase order can be emailed to our customer service department.
Q: How can I check my order status after I place an order?
A: You can contact our customer service administration department to verify status on all orders.
Q: What are your standard lead times?
A: Our lead times vary based on the type of power supply ordered, but generally the lead time is from 15 business days up to 6 weeks.
Q: Why don’t you show your prices online?
A: UltraVolt offers over 600 models with 10,000 configurations. With so many products available, the best way to get correct pricing for your specific configuration is to contact the factory.
Q: I can’t get my power supply to work. What do I do?
A: If you have hooked up your power supply in accordance with our technical notes or the model-specific instructions and you cannot achieve proper operation, contact an Applications Engineer at +1 631-471-4444 and they will be pleased to walk you through a simple debug.
Q: I need to return my power supply. What do I do?
A: Contact the factory in order to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and additional instructions on shipping your product back to the factory. Please reference this number on all paperwork and ensure your RMA number is clear and legible on your package when shipped back to the factory.
Q: What is your power supply warranty?
